What’s the difference between standard and premium reflective belts?
Premium belts use stronger and a longer-lasting material. They're better for embroidery because it will not peel over time compared to commonly used standard reflective belts.

Do you offer bulk order discounts?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on orders of 20 or more of the same items.

How does the customization process work? Place your order and let us know which image(s) you would like by completing the form that appears after checkout, or by sending them to us via email or Instagram. We will digitize your design and send you a mock-up for approval as soon as it is ready. Please keep an eye on your junk/spam folder, as our emails may occasionally end up there. We may contact you with questions about your design or to send your mock-up for review.

Will I receive a mockup before production? After your design is digitized, we send a mock-up for approval.

What file type should I send for a logo? We can work with almost any image for your logo; however, we recommend keeping the design as simple as possible. Since logos on belts are relatively small, too many fine details may not reproduce clearly in the final product.

What is the current production time? Production time depends on our current workload and the complexity of the design you submit. Standard orders typically take between 3–10 business days. Bulk orders generally require 12–20 weeks to complete.
